A loan helped to purchase medicines.

Pascual's story

Pascual is a 59-year-old man, married, and lives with his wife in the community of Sololá. Pascual says that thanks to the loans to which he has had access, he has managed to increase his income and also prosper with his small pharmacy and has managed to increase his crops. Now, he also has a cornmeal mill in his house where his neighbors come to him to make their cornmeal. Pascual is an example of how with sacrifices and a bit of will, one can prosper. In the community where Pascual lives, there aren't any pharmacies. For this reason, Pascual, since he made his pharmacy, has managed to benefit the people in his community. For this reason, Pascual now wants to continue improving his services as a pharmacist and asks for another loan of Q.5000.00 to purchase more medicines. Pascual's desire is to be able to get another loan, to invest in his business, and to improve his income and in this way continue helping his children so that they graduate.
