Iman's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a new cow to increase her milk production and sales.

Iman's story

Iman is a 38-year-old married mother of five children. She has been working in raising cows and trading with their milk to produce natural dairy products since August 2014. She already had four years of experience in this domain.

Iman used to work with her husband in their butchery, but their family's increasing living needs, made her think in broad terms for a better way to support her husband and cover their family's needs properly. That's why she started her own cow raising business. This way she can benefit her husband, who works as a butcher, through raising some cows he might need for his business, and at the same time she raised her own productive cows that give her a good income through their milk.

Iman is an ambitious lady, she is working hard to increase the number of cows she owns. For this reason, she is acquiring a loan from Kiva's field partner Al Majmoua, to buy a new cow to increase her milk production and sales.

She hopes that in the future she will have a bigger farm and establish her own dairy production factory.
