A Keo Seima resident, Chanthon is a middle-aged married woman with two secondary school children. She has been operating a small grocery store at home for four years. Her secondary sources of income include cassava and cashew nut plantations. Chanthon has been a member of VisionFund (Kiva’s partner) obe time before. Leading her group, she is seeking for a loan of 1,600,000 KHR. Her intention for the loan is to buy supplies for her grocery store. She hopes that her grocery store will go well and earn her more profit.
