Rabia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to fix her son's lathe machine and to buy cutting tools to renew and manufacture spare parts of vehicles.

Rabia's story

Rabia is a 52-year-old mother of four children, living in the area of Lahore, Pakistan. Her son is a turner by profession. He works over a lathe machine and manufactures and renews spare parts of vehicles, such as motorbikes, motor cars and auto rickshaws. He renews the interior parts of vehicle engines, renewing the turbine and radiators. He has been doing this business for many years, and up until now his business has been very steady. Due to continuously working over the lathe machine, some important parts have been tearing off and they urgently need to be replaced. Without replacement of these parts, it will affect the whole mechanism of the lathe machine. Rabia's son is a poor person and does not have sufficient cash in hand to buy spare parts to fix the lathe machine or to buy cutting tools. Therefore, Rabia requested a loan for her son so that he can fix the lathe machine and buy cutting tools to work over the lathe machine. Rabia hopes that this loan will prove productive for the business as well as for her family.
