but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase livestock feed to maintain her herd and have good offspring.

Kyzzhibek's story

Kyzzhibek is 38 years old, married, and is raising four children. Kyzzhibek has a secondary education. In 2008, she became involved with agriculture. As a starting source of capital, she had all of 3,000 som (KGS). Today on her homestead Kyzzhibek has five cows and ten sheep. On a plot of land measuring 1.2 hectares, she grows barley. Monthly income amounts to about 15,000 som (KGS). Also, Kyzzhibek and her husband make saddles for horses on order.

With the aim of further developing her homestead, Kyzzhibek applied to Bai-Tushum Bank for a loan of 50,000 som (KGS) to purchase livestock feed. The loan amount will help to acquire feed and to maintain her livestock count. These measures will allow her to invest in her business and to save for construction of an additional barn for livestock.
