Gulzat's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase a cow and fertilizers for crops in order to invest in her business and earn a larger profit.
Gulzat is 42, widowed and the mother of two children. She has a high school education and is a postal worker. Gulzat also raises livestock and plants crops in order to earn additional income for her family. She started her business in 2008 with 20,000 som (KGS). Thanks to her hard work, Gulzat currently has a cow and six sheep. She grows beans to sell on a 0.9 hectare plot of rented land and on a 0.6 hectare plot of her own land. She earns around 10,000 som (KGS) per month. In order to expand her business Gulzat applied for a loan of 55,000 som (KGS) with Bai-Tushum Bank to buy a cow and mineral fertilizers for her farm. Expanding her business will help Gulzat and her children to improve their living conditions and continue developing her business.
