Ruzan's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to pay for fertilizer, pesticides and cover the fuel costs for heating the greenhouse.
Ruzan and her nice family live in Nizami village of Ararat region. The family consists of her husband, parents-in-law and two little children. The family has been involved in farming for many years. The farm they run includes arable land (where they cultivate potatoes) and a greenhouse, where tomatoes and cucumbers are cultivated. Ruzan and her family work hard to gather each harvest and run their farm successfully. To be able to purchase fertilizer, pesticides and cover the fuel costs for heating the greenhouse, Ruzan has applied for this loan. She asks lenders to support her with farming costs. As this is her first loan, it has been approved within the framework of the new joint initiative between Kiva and SEF. The first-chance loan program provides loans to people who didn’t have access to credit products in the past because they have no credit history.
