Margarit's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to pay for polyethylene cover for the greenhouse, potato seeds and flower seeds.
Maragarit is from Arshaluys village, Armavir region. She lives with her husband and twin sons who are 21 years old. Her daughter is married and lives separately with her own family. To be able to meet her family's needs, Margarit is engaged in land cultivation. Her husband and sons help her sell the gathered wheat, potatoes, cabbage and greens. To be able to run the farming business in a sustainable way, Margarit needs a loan to purchase polyethylene cover for the greenhouse, potato seeds and flower seeds. With the help of the loan, her agribusiness will become more productive. As this is Margarit's first loan, it has been approved within the framework of the new joint initiative of Kiva and SEF. The first-chance loan program provides loans to people who haven't had access to credit products before, because they have no credit history. Margarit and her husband will be very thankful to the lenders for their good will and support in providing the needed loan.
