Arpenik's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for potato seeds, polyethylene cover and wires for the greenhouse.

Arpenik's story

Arpenik lives in Aragats village and is engaged in agriculture. She cultivates potatoes, haricot and greens and sells the agricultural products in the market, which is very important source of income for her. To sustain and develop her agribusiness, Arpenik needs a loan to purchase potato seeds, polyethylene cover and wires for the greenhouse. As this is Arpenik's first loan, it has been approved within the framework of the new joint initiative of Kiva and SEF. The first-chance loan program provides loans to people who did not have access to credit products before because they have no credit history. Arpenik highly relies on the good will of the lenders and will be very thankful to them for their support.
