Arfat's story

Arfat is a 29-year-old married man with three children, living with them in their own house in Sana'a city, Yemen. He has studied till elementary education but couldn't complete his study. His father has a bakery to make different kinds of breads and sell to the local residents. Arfat was working with him to look after his family. The income from that bakery was good. In time, Arfat was able to save some money and started his own business with a small bakery. The profits from his own bakery are small because he doesn't have enough equipment and materials, and he wants to expand it. For this reason, he applied for a youth loan of 500,000 YER from AMB in order to buy some flour for his small bakery to be able to attract a lot of customers. Arfat plans when his business expands to open another branch in another area in Sana'a city.
