Rosa Maria's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more chickens and make her business grow, and with the income she will provide an education and a better future for her daughter.

Rosa Maria's story

Rosa María has a stand in Atuntaqui market where she sells freshly plucked and processed chicken, a business she has had for 12 years. She has been shown to be an honorable and hard-working person in her work. She learned this skill on her own as she had the need to start a business so the decisions she made then have led to a successful business today that meets the needs of her household and she can also give the best to her daughter who is in school and wishes to be able to continue studying as she grows up. So Rosa Maria is doing everything possible in order to provide a better future for her daughter.

The loan will be used to buy more chickens to sell in the market because during this season there is an increase in sales and she wants to take advantage by offering more customers her products and in this way increase her number of customers in order to continue selling day after day.

Thanks to Fundación Alternativa for supporting her with the capital in order to continue growing her hbusiness and so that the future of her business can become a family business that grows from generation to generation.
