Victor Manuel's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase pigs and animal feed to raise the pigs and fatten them up.
Victor Manuel's story
Víctor is 29-years old. He lives with his wife, with whom he has four children. They currently live in a small town near Morazán, Yoro. Victor has always made his living in agriculture growing corn. Five years ago he started raising pigs to sell. He sells live pigs and also butchers them to sell the meat. He runs his business out of his home. With the goal of having working capital to grow his business, Victor has requested another loan for 25,000 Lempiras ($1200 USD), his second loan with the institution. With the loan, Victor is going to purchase more pigs and animal feed and pellets for them. His goal is to build another pigpen and have pigs to breed so he can have better sales and an improved income to give his family a better life.
