Tareq's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to renovate his house's roof and fix the wall's moisture issue.
Tareq is a 29-year-old married father of two children and a Palestinian refugee who lives in a Palestinian refugee camp. Due to the low social and financial situations of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon, especially those who live in camps, he started repairing cars five years ago to cover the needs and expenses of his family. Tareq is a hard worker and an ambitious man who succeeded with his proficiency to open his own auto repair shop a year ago to increase his income as he is trying desperately to improve his family's living conditions. So, he is acquiring a loan from Kiva's field partner Al Majmoua to renovate his house's roof and fix the wall's moisture issue in an attempt to provide his family with a better and healthy living place. Tareq hopes to expand his business more in the future to stay capable of improving his family's living conditions.
