Nuevo Horizonte _74 Group's story

Jovita is 27 years old, single, has a 4 year old son, and runs a business selling cosmetics. She is entrepreneurial, a good mother, cheerful, optimistic, happy, has a good attitude, committed to her work, responsible and hardworking. She made her business in the town of Cotoca, located 18 kilometers from the capital; it's a small city known for its traditional foods and handcrafts, especially ceramics. It has a warm, tropical, and humid climate, with temperatures varying throughout the day between 21-35 C. Jovita has a brunette complexion, a short stature, and long, black, tied-up hair. Her mother tongue is Guarani and she she speaks Spanish in her business (second from the right, pink shirt, blue pants). Her life has fulfilled with her 4 year old son. They live in their own house with their family and have drinking water, electricity, and a sewage system. Their desire to succeed made them form a bank with people who have businesses such as: video store, selling silverware, selling cellphones, selling chicken meat, selling flowers, tea service and sewing workshop, to request a loan and expand their businesses. Jovita's business is selling cosmetics from brands such as: Maybelline, Loreal Paris, CoverGirl, and Revlon. The products she sells the most are: nail polish, makeup, mascara, lipstick, and others. "I started this business because I saw the needs of my friends who were my first clients, then little by little I found new clients..." she comments. This is her first business; her second commercial business is selling sodas and empanadas during the weekend at a fair close to her house. Her dream is to have a proper cosmetics store and tend to lots of clients. She wants to start an investment in her business through buying wholesale cosmetics in order to have a better selection for her clients. This is the 4th sequence of loans with this institution in 5 years that come to fulfill this business. It's for these reasons that Jovita asks for a loan in order to buy wholesale cosmetics to offer a better variety to her seasonal clients.
