Taalaibek is 47, married, and a father of three children. He has the equivalent of a high school education, and is very cheerful and hardworking. For 20 years, Taalaibek has been a crop and livestock farmer. Thanks to his persistent efforts, he currently has two cows and 5.0 hectares of irrigated land for growing clover as a cash crop as well as for use on his farm. His monthly net income in a good season is up to 15,000 som. Taalaibek sells milk, which there's a lot of demand for among the locals in his area. To further develop his business, he's seeking a loan of 100,000 som from Bai Tushum Bank to buy some cows. He plans on using his extra income due to the loan to add even more animals to his farm, which will help increase his family's quality of life and allow him to renovate his home.
