On any given day, Msani can be found moving around his four shops. He has employed four people to help him serve customers. He hopes to hire more as his business continues to grow. Msani has requested a Kiva loan so that he can pay for his four trading booths. The trading booths help him to attract customers to his business. Msani has high hopes for the future. He hopes to open more Zoona mobile money outlets. This will help him to have more profits. He is hopeful that the increase in profits will improve his standard of living.
