Maksat's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to purchase fertilizers to cultivate her land, and to buy potato seeds in order to grow organic vegetables.

Maksat's story

Maksat is 45 years old, married, and the mother of three children. She has a secondary education and is involved in animal husbandry and agriculture, two activities which constitute her family's main source of income. She grows wheat on 2.5 hectares of her own land. She also owns 10 sheep and one dairy cow, and she sells organic milk and wheat to the local residents. She receives a high demand for her products and the number of her customers keeps growing every day. For this reason, she has decided to turn to Bai Tushum Bank CJSC for a loan of 50,000 som (KGS). She will use this loan to buy fertilizers and potato seeds. Maksat plans to re-invest the earnings from her loan into further developing her business. She is also planning to save enough money to build a barn for her livestock.
