Olga Cecilia's story
Olga is a person who has had to overcome a lot of adversity in her life. However, she has always had the strength to overcome it and move forward with her children. She began doing so by looking for a source of income for her home. This is how she began raising and selling chickens, a business that has generated profits to cover her household's expenses at the beginning. Since then, it has had problems and it is not providing the necessary income, which is why she also began making arepas. With these two businesses, she has been able to generate the income her household needs. With the goal of furthering these businesses, Olga is looking for a loan that will give her the opportunity to invest in more chickens and feed; as well as construction for a new shed for them to live. Olga hopes that the loan will cover her short term needs and get ahead with the business. Moreover, she hopes that the business will grow and generate a larger income with which she will be able to offer her children a better quality-of-life and more opportunities to get ahead.
