Gulsada's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase dairy cows to increase the volume of eco-friendly milk sales.
Gulsada is 52 years old, married, and has a grown son. Gulsada has a college education in teaching. She earns the primary source of income for her family by raising animals and farming. She started 19 years ago by buying 10,000 som (KGS) worth of animals. Thanks to her tireless work she today owns two milk cows, one steer, and a large, 12 hectare plot of land where she grows clover each year for use on her farm and for sale. Gulsada sells environmentally clean products and delicious fresh milk to local residents. Gulsada's husband helps on the farm as well as pasturing animals and providing transportation services for people. Gulsada earns an average of 40,000 som (KGS) per month from the business. In order to further develop the business, Gulsada approached the Bai-Tushum bank for a 150,000 som (KGS) loan to buy two dairy cows to increase production of milk. Gulsada plans to save money to buy a new house for her family.
