Alba Patricia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy polyethylene plastic, a costly material she needs urgently to protect her crops.
Alba Patricia's story
Alba, 39, earns a living growing flowers, which she learned working on different flower farms. She inherited from her father the beautiful land that can be appreciated in the photo. She had the initiative to fill the land with one of the most beautiful natural elements on the planet: flowers. So that the lenders understand somewhat: Agricultural inputs are very expensive. What Alba wants to do is surround her fields with polyethylene plastic for crops because she must protect her fields at all cost from that beast known as the weather. The cost is double what Alba's requesting, but she'll assume part and get a loan for the rest because she doesn't have too much capital. The loan will help Alba be able to buy everything she needs to protect her fields from the weather, and she'll keep on selling this beautiful crop.
