but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase a better quality of glass and glass-making tools.

Hoa's Group's story

Hoa is 41 years old and lives with her one child and husband. Her husband works as a worker for a coffee factory. For the past six years, Hoa has been running a business producing glass objects and being a agent for drinking water from the front of her house to earn an income to support her family. Hoa is the Group Leader of a six-member loan group that lives in Ho Chi Minh City. In the picture she is in the second from the left wearing a violet t-shirt. Each of the other group members is requesting a loan to fund income-generating activities. Hoa is requesting a loan to purchase a better quality of glass and glass-making tools to satisfy her customers. She hopes this will enable her to better meet the needs of her customers and attract additional ones. She also hopes that through her loan she will be able to increase her income and save money for any future difficulties facing her family.
