Irene's story

Irene is 22 years old and lives in Ermera. She is a businesswoman, and she is selling clothes. She is happy to do her activities because many people come to buy. She earns a good income from her business. She said that living in a town is very competitive for earning money unless she does some activities that are profitable in order to survive. Looking for ways to earn money, she is still happy to do her business. She started selling her clothes in 2008 with her own working capital of $1,000. She is applying for a loan of $1,500 from Tuba Rai Metin because she wants to buy more clothes such as T-shirts, short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, jackets, and other things to sell. Irene also raises animals in her place, like cows, pigs, chickens, goat and dogs.
