Burulkan's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy three cows in order to increase the income she makes from raising livestock.
Burulkan is 37 years old, a widow, and the mother of three children. She has a secondary education. For the past ten years already, she has been working in agriculture, an activity which provides her family with its main source of income. She started with an initial capital of 10,000 som (KGS) and she now owns four cows. Thanks to her very hard work, she makes a monthly income of about 10,000 som (KGS). However, this amount of money is vastly insufficient to support her family, as Burulkan raises her children alone and sends them to school. In order to further develop her small business, Burulkan has turned to the bank "Bai Tushum & Partners" for a loan of 135,000 som (KGS). She will use this loan to buy three cows. The earnings from this loan will allow her to improve her material situation and the living conditions of her family.
