Mairambubu is 63 years old, married, and the mother of three children. She has a secondary level education, and, earning her family's main income, for many years she has been in the business of trade, farming, and animal husbandry. Thanks to her perseverance, ambition, and hard work, today Mairambubu has two cows, two calves, 30 sheep, and ten horses, as well as 2.1 ha of land where she raises beans and clover. Her monthly income is from 15,000 to 20,000 som (KGS). Mairambubu applied to Bai Tushum Bank CJSC for a loan of 150,000 som (KGS) to buy a cow and two horses. She plans to increase the number of her cattle, which will allow her to save up money to buy farm equipment.
