Federico's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped To pay for the repair and maintenance of his tricycle unit.
His name is Federico, 53, and a resident of Silang, Cavite, Philippine. He is married to Maria, a businesswoman, and has two children. He works hard to augment their income to provide for their everyday living expenses and to send his children to school. Federico has a tricycle unit which he himself drives. In the Philippines, especially in provinces like Silang, the tricycle is the most common means of transportation. People ride a tricycle to go to market, church, friends, city hall, and other destinations. Buses are limited and do not normally pass by the town areas. It is very important that his tricycle unit is always in a good running condition to ensure continuous service and income. Federico is requesting for a PHP 10,000 loan assistance to buy spare parts for a good maintenance of his tricycle unit. His income from his transportation business helps a lot in meeting his family's daily needs and for the schooling of his children. In the future, he plans to buy another unit of tricycle to improve his income and better provide for his family. He dreams for his children to go to a good school. He values family and unity. He meets up with her co-fellowship* members to share stories of his life and business every week and where he can also draw strength and inspiration from the fellowship and the Word of God he studies. *All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and repay Micro Finance loans.
