Gavhar's story

Gavhar is 44 years old and starting a new business. She worked as a salesperson at a men's clothing store for 2 years, however it was not for her. She was always interested in baking. She recently successfully completed baking classes and obtained a certificate. Gavhar is now planning to get involved in preparing baked goods. She saved approximately 500 dollars. She is also requesting a loan in the amount of 2000 US dollars. She will use her savings to buy ingredients, and the loan amount to buy a large oven and a table. Gavhar will be involved in baking at home; she has already created her business plan. According to it, Gavhar will be producing 300 buns and sell them to a school cafeteria in her town of Khujand for school children. Her husband and only son will help her with the business. Gavhar's husband is a dekhan farmer, and son works at a children's entertainment center. Thanks to the new profitable business, Gavhar will bring an additional source of income for her family, which will improve their quality of life.
