Valerio's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy seeds and chemical and organic fertilizer.
Farming is a job only apt for the kind of person who loves the earth as if it were a mother, like a begetter of futures for life. Good futures of hopes for coming generations. This is the work of Valerio of 50 years of age, married with eight children of which three already have their own separate families and the last five go to the community school. Valerio's work is growing: potatoes, carrots, beans and corn. He does this work in the community where he lives, his products are sold in the local market of Solola and chose this line of work because he has a knowledge of vegetables that he inherited from his father. The second job he does is a day laborer in his community. Don Valerio will use the loan to buy potato seeds and chemical and organic fertilizer so that he will have a good potato harvest this year. One of his great dreams is the construction of some rooms for his children so that they have adequate living conditions and to see his children become professionals in the future.
