She seeks to improve her life conditions, looking for income to improve her training and get better employment opportunities. She earns a living selling clothing and jewelry, with which she pays for her studies and supports her household with income. She has work as a secretary in a clinic in the Puntarenas zone. The other members are María Isabel and Zaida. All have experience in retail, commitment to work. They demonstrate good qualities for group organization and plan complimentary activities to improve their management.
