Augusto's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy animals and animal feed to fatten them.

Augusto's story

Augosto, age 50, is married and has six dependent children. Augusto lives with his wife and children. He says that he has very good personal references from his neighbors. He lives in the Pandachin settlement in the Cañaris district, Ferreñafe province, Lambayeque region. It is on the northern coast of Peru. The population in his community devotes itself to agriculture, coffee being its greatest production, livestock, and commerce. Augusto raises and sells cattle. He has his own winter pastures where he raises his cattle. He sells them every Friday. He takes his cattle to the Chiple port to sell. Augusto has over five years of experience in the field. In addition to this business activity, he has coffee crops. He is requesting the loan because he wishes to invest in his business by purchasing more animals and animal feed to fatten them. This way he will be able to get an acceptable profit in order to improve his income. His earnings will increase, and, consequentially, his quality of life and that of his family will also improve.
