Bavakan's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to buy animal fodder for her all farm cattle, as she wants to get prepared for autumn seasons beforehand.
Bavakan and her husband and elder son live in the village Geghamavan of the Gehjarkunik region in Armenia. The main occupation of this family is farming and this is surely the only source of income for them. Bavakan has in her farm: four cows, two calves, and a bull. The sale of milk and meat are the main farm products that Bavakan sells to her regular customers. On her plot of land, Bavakan cultivates tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, and beans, she also raises beautiful sunflowers. As she says, for her this cute garden with its goods is the best corner of the farm where she simultaneously works, relaxes, and thinks about her future plans. Bavakan’s two smaller sons are temporally abroad. Her husband decided that farming is a worker and he works by order. Bavakan is requesting a loan of 300,000 Armenian drams in order to buy animal fodder for her all farm cattle, as she wants to get prepared for autumn season beforehand as she does every year.
