Omar Segundo's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a cart, a pot and ingredients to prepare "peto" (milk, flour and corn).

Omar Segundo's story

Omar is an ingenious person who works as a street vendor. He was employed for many years, but a friend told him to start selling “peto” [a traditional food, also called “mazamorra”], which is served hot and is made of corn, milk and flour. He sells his product (which is very popular) on a vehicle he designed, which carries a big pot. Omar is always in a good mood and smiling. Omar is requesting a loan to buy another cart, a big pot and ingredients (flour, corn and milk). With this loan, he will be able to create a job position. He will hire someone to help him cover a wider area. He has two children aged 2 and 7. Thanks to his job, he has been able to get ahead. He hopes to be able to employ more people and cover the whole region with more “peto” distributors. He hopes to have an enduring business.
