Zaida's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to purchase more bags of wax beans, peanuts, onions and sugar, and boxes of tomatoes.

Zaida's story

Zaida is a widow and has four children, two of whom attend different levels of school. She lives in a house that she owns. Aside from her family she also supports three siblings who live with her. She has been a vendor (she buys and sells foodtuffs) for over ten years, and she's also an activist. With the current loan for 10,000mt she intends to purchase more bags of wax beans, peanuts, onions and sugar, and boxes of tomatoes. That way she'll meet the demand by stocking up. Her dreams are to improve her business, build a decent house and pay for her children's studies. Her main challenge is the lack of funds for investing in her business and in her living conditions as well as for supporting her family.
