Gloria Amparo's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy chickens and feed, and to fix her shed.
Gloria Amparo's story
Gloria is 47 years old and a mother of two children. Seeing as her household income was not enough to cover all household costs, Gloria started a new business where she puts in a lot of time and effort. This business is raising chickens and, through it, she has been able to improve her family's living conditions. As head of the family, Gloria is responsible for covering all household costs and so does not have much capital to invest in her business. As a result she needs a loan in order to buy chickens to fatten up, and chicken feed. Gloria will also use this loan in order to buy materials to fix the shed that she has to one side of her house. With these items Gloria will be able to increase sales, with greater production at her microbusiness. The business will also seem more attractive to customers as there will be more chickens on offer. Gloria's main dream is to be able to earn a good income so that her family does not need for anything. Gloria herself has lacked things in life, and this affected her greatly. She therefore works constantly for her children.
