A loan helped to purchase 2 sacks of beans.
Ufalme Group's story
Chitema is a business woman and a member of a ’banc villageois’ called “Ufalme”. An entrepreneur, she is 55 years old and a married mother of seven children, of whom four are in school, and three are adults. This client is a vendor of beans. She displays her merchandise on the streets in the business district in her town. She started in business with funds from Hekima. Her husband is a hotelkeeper. She has been in this business for four years. This new loan will be used to purchase 2 sacks of beans. Thus, she wishes to provide education, clothing, and food for her children.
In conclusion, she thanks Hekima very much for promoting autonomy among unbanked women entrepreneurs, especially during this critical time post-conflict in the country’s east.
