Ana's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to buy jeans, shirts, footwear, handbags, perfume, etc.
Since 2008, Ana, who is 38 years old, has made a living selling merchandise to be paid in installments. She took her first steps in the trade when a friend in the business inspired her to perform this activity with the goal of generating additional income for her household. For this reason she began selling sports apparel, footwear and handbags directly to her customers, who are located close to her business and are also referred to her by her customers. Ana also sells for cash in her place of business, and in order to do so, opens her business from 8am until 6pm. She makes her purchases from various goods offered at wholesale in order to be able to offer competitive prices to her customers. Her future goal is to have a premises for her business and finish professionally educating her three children, who are 12, 16 and 17 years old, with whom she lives and who are her greatest inspiration to continue moving forward. Her greatest challenge is to achieve an increase in her sales, increase customer loyalty and be able to save. She is currently applying for a credikiva, the first financing the Fundación Mario Santo Domingo makes, with which she will buy jeans, shirts, footwear, handbags, perfume, etc. With the loan, she intends to increase her sales and her earnings, in this way improving her business with this new investment.
