Noelia Rosa's story
Noelia is a hardworking young woman. She is single, 25 years old, and lives in Arequipa with her parents. She is eager to get ahead, and studied Computerized Secretarial studies in a school in her area. She is currently working as an Administrative Assistant in a prestigious company, where she is doing very well due to her responsibility and dedication to her work. She also works farming and selling potatoes and other vegetables that she sells in the market at a reasonable price. Noelia is grateful to Kiva lenders because with the support they have given her, she is able to maintain her potato crops, and supplement costs of Phytosanitary control for better quality products, which enable her to compete with larger companies. With a lot of effort and dedication, she will be able to fulfill her greatest dream: to establish her own business where farming the potato is highly valued and which she can offer to the international market.
