Nila's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy additional stock for her sari-sari store.
Nila, age 41, is happy tending her little store. She is married with two kids, and her husband is a farmer. The store is her means of earning a living to support her family. Fortunately, her store is located in a populous neighborhood and so she makes promising daily sales. Nila keeps on running the store well, even though there is increased competition from other stores. Nila believes that with PMPC's support, as one family they will sustain the business and beat the competition. Nila has reached her fourth year as a member of PMPC. She has applied for a loan of 14,900 PHP for the store. Expanding her inventory will mean additional income. She has confidence that she can maintain the label of member in good standing. "It's already tested," she says. She is a hard-working mother and wishes to sustain the store and from there be able to afford a good education for her children.
