Ligia Margarita's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped buy bread, sauces, vegetables, charcuterie, corn and ingredients for pupusas (stuffed tortillas).

Ligia Margarita's story

Ligia, 30, finished highschool and took a beauty styling course. She's a single mother of two, only one goes to school. They live in a house on her mother's property.

Ligia's business is selling pupusas (stuffed tortillas), bread, hot dogs and hamburgers in the municipal park, and she also provides hair and makeup services to local clients. She sells in a little cafe near her home.

The loan she is requesting is to buy bread, sauce, vegetables, charcuterie, corn and ingredients to make pupusas (stuffed tortillas), with the objective to increase sales and make more income. She hopes her business will be stabe and generate economic security so her children can go to school.
