Karen Yamileth's story
Karen is 25 years old. She is single and has no children. She is a merchant and her main source of income is selling clothes and shoes. She has done this for more than 3 years. She is a person who wants to get ahead. Right now, she is asking for the support of a loan to stock her business more. This will generate better income and capture more customers. She does her business as a street vendor and door to door in different communities in her town. Karen will invest the loan in shirts, skirts, pants, underwear, bras, socks, anklets, stockings, boxers and blouses to offer her customers more variety to the customers who visit her. One of Karen's dreams is to open a much bigger business like a store where she can generate more profits to give her family a better lifestyle, as well as generate employment in her community. With the financial support she is being given she will be one step closer to her attainable dream. Trojes, Honduras – April 2014
