Samer's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to increase his business merchandise with special summer offers and ice cream.
Samer is a 24-year-old, married father of one child who has been running his own grocery store for a year and a half, to provide his family with the necessary living needs. He is well-known in his region and his shop is located in a very attractive region, by the beach. For this reason, he has to keep his shop up to date upon customers' requests. Samer is acquiring a Youth loan from Kiva's field partner, Al Majmoua Lebanese Association for Development, to increase his business merchandise with special summer offers and ice cream that are highly requested by the beach visitors during the current and the coming summer season. This is Samer's second experience as an Al Majmoua Lebanese Association for Development borrower. His previous loan was acquired for the same reason and it came with a very good income. Samer hopes to develop his small store to a wider market in the future, where he can sell special beach needs and many other requested items.
