Nolvia Yesenia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase agricultural supplies and pay laborers to help with her coffee crops.
Nolvia Yesenia's story
Nolvia is 27 years old. She is a farmer and housewife. She learned the business of growing coffee, corn, and beans from her father since this is how families in the region where she lives earn money. She completed primary school thanks to the financial and moral support of her parents. She has two children who study at the local school. Sometimes, her sister helps her with her fields but her husband provides the most support and is in charge of most of the work, like applying manure, fertilizer, and other agricultural products to help with the crops. They own the property that they work on. One part was given to them by their parents and they purchased the other part. It is located 3 kilometers from their home and they travel by animal. She would like to purchase a coffee pulping machine and build a larger bowl for washing coffee so that they can dry the coffee on their property rather than at their parents' homes. She also wants to support her children's education so that they can value themselves and, God-willing, graduate from university. Nolvia requests financial support to purchase supplies to protect her coffee crops, like lime, fertilizer, and manure. She also needs to pay laborers to do a better job and provide the best application of the supplies that she will purchase. She hopes to count on support from lenders.
