Lilit's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to pay for land rental costs.
Lilit lives in Jermuk town with her 3-year-old son and her husband. She works at a local insurance company as an operator and her husband is an policeman. Together with her part-time work, Lilit also runs a farm. Particularly, Lilit keeps four cows, two calves, and three oxen. Despite of her young age, Lilit perfectly manages to sustain her farm and take care of her little son. The requested loan of USD 2,600 will be a big support for Lilit to pay for land rental costs. She asks for this support to be able to enlarge her agribusiness activities. As this is Lilit's first loan, it has been approved within the framework of the new joint initiative between Kiva and SEF. The first-chance loan program provides loans to people who didn’t have access to credit products in the past because they have no credit history.
