A loan helped to maintain his banana crops.

Paraiso Group's story

Antonio is 50 years old. He appears in the photo as the last person on the right, wearing a white colored shirt. He has two children, the first is 17 and is in his 5th year of high school. The other is twelve and in Grade 6 in Primary school.

Antonio makes his money selling bananas that he grows. He does this in the community where he lives as buyers come from all over and this allows him to sell at better prices. He started to help his parents when he was 5 years old so he learned how to sell.

The loan that Antonio is requesting is to buy inputs to care for his banana plants. In the future he wants to build two houses for his children. He joined his communal bank when he saw that you got more benefits when you were organized.
