Louange Group's story

The client Tulinabo has been a merchant for two years, and serves as vice president and member in the business association Louange Group. An entrepreneur, Tulinabo is 36 years old, married, and the mother of five children who all attend school. She is a merchant of used shoes, and benefits from assistance from her husband, from whom she received the funds to start her business. Tulinabo runs her business from the market in the center of the city. She is requesting a loan from Hekima to help her business grow. She plans to purchase 2500 pairs of ladies shoes. In the future, Tulinabo hopes to increase her business capital, and educate and nourish her children. She thanks Hekima for hitting the mark with their support of female entrepreneurs (who are excluded from the traditional banking system) by granting them loans without the need for tangible security, especially during the post-conflict period in the east of the country.
