Faustina's story

Faustina is a wife and the mother of four children, who are now independent. She is a member of the group named 'Adjinyemise' Trust Group. Members in this group guarantee and provide support to one another in repaying their loans. Faustina Akwertey has been selling used clothes for the past year at the Odumase market in Koforidua, Ghana. She relies on the income from her sales to support her household, both in the provision of food and payment of utility bills. She is requesting a loan to enable her to inject more capital into her business. She will purchase more bales of used clothes. She hopes to reinvest her income into her business.
