Komezibikorwa Group's story
Komezibikorwa is a group of 19 people. The husband of member Ildégonde (right side of the photo, the first person who begins the third line), was photographed by error. Emelyne belongs to the Komezibikorwa group and lives in Cibitoke. She is 35 years old and is married to Moses, a driver. Together they have seven children whose ages range from three to 20 years. She has been trading tomatoes, pineapples, and oranges for the past 15 years. She is on her second credit loan with Turame. With the Kiva loan she obtains, she will increase her working capital and buy a large quantity of oranges, pineapples, and tomatoes for resale, to earn more. In coming years she would like to buy a plot of land and ensure her children's education.
