Madres Unidas Group's story

Noemí, age 31, is separated and has one daughter, who still depends on her. She is part of the “Madres Unidas” group, which is formed by 7 enthusiastic and responsible members. For over 3 years she has worked making clothes at her parents’ house. Noemí dreams of having her own shop, and hopes to keep her business growing. The loan she requested is to purchase fabric, thread and scissors. The “Madres Unidas” group is thankful to all the Kiva lenders for the help provided. Noemí is the second one on the right side, and is carrying her daughter.
