A loan helped to pay for potato seed and materials for improving the greenhouse.
Taguhi is from Haytagh village. She lives there with her mother in law and husband. They own a farm where they cultivate greens, potato and wheat. Taguhi's husband sells the gathered harvest in nearby markets and gathers income for the family. The family also owns greenhouse which is old and needs to be improved. Taguhi would greatly like to renovate it and start cultivation new types of vegetables. She has now requested this loan to purchase potato seed and materials for improving the greenhouse. Taguhi will be very grateful to lenders if their support her farm. As this is Taguhi's first loan it has been approved within the framework of the new joint initiative between Kiva and SEF. The first-chance loan program provides loans to people who don't have access to credit products in the past because they have no credit history.
