Razmik's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for renovation of the barn, cover cultivation costs and improve the grape orchard.

Razmik's story

Razmik is from Ararat town where he lives with his wife and 24-year-old son. Razmik is a farmer. He keeps livestock and cultivates land. The farm that Razmik runs also includes a grape orchard, which he takes care of with great care and love. Unfortunately, the farm is in very poor condition and needs to be improved. The loan that Razmik requested is very important for him to renovate the barn where he keeps the livestock, cover cultivation costs and improve the grape orchard. The loan will be a great support for Razmik to improve his farm and make it more sustainable. Razmik has already taken loans from local financial institutions before, but because of hard financial conditions wasn't able to pay it back on time. However, ensuring that his farm is now successful enough and he can afford monthly payments, he has requested this loan. Razmik has been approved for this loan. He has now been approved for a loan within the framework of a new joint initiative between Kiva and SEF International. The second chance loan program provides loans to people who have a bad credit history and have no access to credit products.
