Tabita Group's story

The customer, Milama, is a good and honest trader with 17 years of experience. She is president and member of the Tabita busines association and is also an experienced and dynamic entrepreneur. She is 43 years old and mother to six children, all of whom are studying. She sells various car parts and is a member/shareholder of a store. She displays her goods in a store on the outskirts of the town. She is requesting a loan from Hekima so she can expand her business. She is going to buy four pairs of shock absorbers, two pairs of ball joints, 22 oil filters, 20 diesel filters, four sets of engine parts, four sets of bearing shells, five air filters, five brake shoes etc. She began her business with capital from her husband, who is a pastor in a local church. In the future she would like to increase her capital and become a wholesaler, build a fence round her land, and also educate, clothe and feed her children. She is extremely grateful to Hekima for the support it gives to male and female entrepreneurs, who cannot access banks, by granting them loans during this post-conflict period in the eastern region of the country.
